Reputation you can actually check
Anyone can say they are the best. The difference is being able to prove it. Rose Training holds a 4.7-star rating from more than 500 Google reviews, and you can read every one of them yourself. On top of that, our students share their experiences on camera, so you can hear real stories in their own words rather than take our word for it. Watch real student video testimonials, or search Rose Training Australia on Google to see the reviews for yourself. When a provider is new or unproven, that track record simply is not there yet.
Trainers who are practising celebrants
There is a real difference between someone who teaches celebrancy and someone who actually does it. At Rose Training, our celebrancy trainers are current, practising celebrants who know what it is like to stand at the front of a wedding, work with nervous couples, and handle the legal paperwork correctly. They teach from experience, not just a textbook.
That real-world knowledge flows straight into your training, so you finish ready for the job, not just ready for the exam.

Support that continues after you enrol
A cheaper course can feel like a bargain until you get stuck and no one answers, or until the extra fees start appearing. Rose students are supported the whole way through, fairly, with:
- A dedicated student liaison trainer to keep you on track
- Four drop-in support sessions every single week
- Monthly webinars for current students, prospective students and alumni
- No extra charge for additional resubmissions, so you are never penalised for learning as you go
- Every student treated equally, with no paying extra to get your work marked faster or to jump the queue
- A community you stay part of even after you graduate
That level of support, with no hidden fees and no queue-jumping, is a big reason students recommend us, and it is exactly what a new competitor cannot build overnight.
A specialist, nationally recognised RTO
Rose Training is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO 31939) delivering the CHC41015 Certificate IV in Celebrancy. Celebrancy is not a generic add-on for us, it is one of our specialist areas. Key members of our team meet regularly with the Attorney-General’s Department, so the guidance you get on the pathway from qualification to registration is current and accurate. In fact, Rose Training qualifies the majority of celebrants who go on to register with the Attorney-General’s Department.

Questions worth asking before you enrol
We encourage you to compare training providers, but compare like with like. A large student number may refer to every learner across every course an organisation has ever delivered. Years in business may not mean years delivering celebrancy. And a polished website does not tell you how much genuine trainer support sits behind it.
Before you choose, it is worth asking:
How many celebrancy students have you actually trained?
Rose Training has trained over 10,000 unique celebrancy students.
How long have you specifically delivered celebrancy qualifications?
Rose Training has been training and graduating celebrants for 18 years.
Is celebrancy a core area of expertise or a recent addition?
We have a few skill-transferable courses on scope, such as JP, Funeral Celebrancy, MC and Chaplaincy, however Marriage Celebrancy is at our core, and always has been.
Who developed the course content?
The course content was developed by working celebrants with training and assessment qualifications and experience.
Are the trainers and assessors experienced celebrants?
Our Head of Celebrancy, Jean Cook, is a working celebrant, President of the Alliance of Celebrants Queensland and a committee member of the Coalition of Celebrant Associations. Our Student Services Coordinator is also a vice-president of an association and a working celebrant. All of our trainers and assessors are experienced, working celebrants, and even our General Manager is a working celebrant. At Rose Training we ask all of our staff to familiarise themselves with the course content by enrolling as students, and that even includes our admin team.
How often can students access live trainer support?
Students can reach out to our office at any time, and can also contact our Student Services Coordinator with specific questions. The support we are most excited about is our orientation sessions (which can be revisited at any time) and our three-times-a-week drop-in sessions, where a trainer runs a Zoom class focused on one specific lesson before answering student questions. Students can submit those questions beforehand through their student portal. We also hold an open-invite webinar once a month, which often includes a guest expert.
What support continues after graduation?
We keep our webinars open to all students and graduates at no extra cost, and most sessions include time for questions. While we are not permitted to assist with the registration process (in line with Attorney-General’s Department rules), we are always happy to hear from graduates who have questions or just need a little advice.
Do your published student numbers relate specifically to celebrancy?
Yes. We understand why this question matters. Training organisations may publish total student numbers across a range of qualifications, which can make direct comparisons difficult unless the figure is clearly defined. Reviews of Rose Training naturally reflect all the courses we deliver, but celebrancy is our largest area of training, so celebrancy students feature prominently across our Google and social media reviews. Most importantly, when we advertise “10,000+ students” on our celebrancy website and celebrancy pages, that figure relates specifically to students enrolled in the Certificate IV in Celebrancy. We believe claims like this should be clear, specific and easy to compare.
At Rose Training Australia, we are happy to answer every one of these, and any other questions you may have, before you enrol.
