In recent times, there has been a notable shift from traditional religious funeral services to personalized and adaptable funeral ceremonies.
Founded by experienced Celebrants, Gary and Karen Rose, our experienced team instruct you on the many varied ceremonies covered by the course. This includes alternative ceremonies for all couples, naming ceremonies and conducting funerals. With hundreds of happy customers having already completed the CHC41015 Cert IV in Celebrancy through Rose Training Australia, we continue to develop our course to ensure that our Celebrants are given the best information, training and skills to become confident Celebrants.

Zoom Classroom
At Rose Training Australia we are dedicated to making sure your vocational education experience is as rewarding and stress-free as possible.
With ASQA's clear guidance, Rose Training Australia has adopted a sophisticated classroom substitution program utilising ZOOM software. Initiating the virtual classroom involved extensive trainer professional development and this along with real-time (during actual class time) support from administration and IT has allowed for a successful outcome. In addition, each student is contacted prior to the live class and participates, where necessary, in a one on one ZOOM practice session with student support. The feedback has been extremely positive.

Rose Training Australia’s Funeral Celebrancy training is designed for students who:
- would like to perform funeral ceremonies,
- are interested in understanding the process of the funeral service,
- would like to learn how to personalise and design meaningful funerals or tributes.
You have three months to complete the course. On successful completion, you will be issued the Rose Training Australia Funeral Celebrant Certification.

Funeral Celebrancy Training | Delivery Options
Our philosophy to training is one of assisting you to reach you goals in a way that is as stress free as possible.
The course is delivered as a two-day live face-to-face interactive Zoom class.
On successful completion of the class, you will be issued with a Rose Training Australia Certification.
About your face-to-face online class:
- Your class will run live and face-to-face utilising the Zoom platform.
- We consider Zoom to be the best tele-conferencing platform – check it out here (we encourage you to download the 'Zoom Desktop Client'.
- One-on-one over the phone support will be provided, if needed, to ensure easy access to your class.
Funeral Celebrancy Training | Learning Outcomes
This training equips students to work alongside funeral directors and family to assist with the details of the ceremony that need to be coordinated.
After acquiring these skills, students may gain employment in:
- funeral homes, as a funeral celebrant
- work as a contract celebrant.
The funeral celebrancy course is particularly beneficial to students who already have a celebrancy qualification and would like to expand on their current skill set.
